Sharing a PDF to ChekSign from another app
Sending requests
This works on Android only. On an iPhone, open New request and choose the PDF instead: the file picker reaches the Files app, iCloud Drive, OneDrive, Google Drive and Dropbox.
Putting ChekSign on your home screen
Open ChekSign in Chrome on your Android phone, sign in, then open Chrome's menu and choose Install app (or Add to Home screen). ChekSign then appears on your home screen, and in the Share panel of other apps.
Sharing a PDF
In Gmail, Google Drive, Files or any app that can share a PDF, choose Share and then ChekSign. ChekSign opens on Who signs with the PDF already attached, ready for you to say who signs it. If you are not signed in, you sign in first and carry on from there; the PDF waits for 15 minutes.
Only a PDF can be shared this way. A photo of a paper document is better scanned: open New request and choose Scan paper pages.
What is kept on the phone
Nothing. Installing ChekSign does not store your requests, your documents or your clients' details on the phone, and it does not work offline. A shared PDF goes straight to your workspace, exactly as a PDF you chose would.
